REFUND & RETURN POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind except in the cases set out below. This does not affect, and is not intended to limit, the statutory rights of consumers in the EU/EEA, which are described below.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your record or item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact info@cdclick-europe.com as soon as possible - within 90 days of dispatch - with photos and, where possible, a video showing the issue. As items are limited edition, any replacement of a damaged product depends on remaining availability; where a replacement is not available, we will arrange a refund.
EU/EEA 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered to an address in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification, under the Italian Codice del Consumo (artt. 52 et seq., D.lgs. 206/2005).
- The 14-day period runs from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods. For an order delivered in several shipments, it runs from the day you receive the last item.
- To withdraw, use the withdrawal button on our store footer, or email shop@camoufly.me stating your name and order number. We will send you confirmation of receipt by email.
- You may examine the items as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of return shipping is at your expense.
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
EXCEPTION - SEALED RECORDINGS (VINYL, CDs)
In accordance with art. 59, lett. i) of the Codice del Consumo, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings once the seal has been opened after delivery. Sealed records or CDs returned unopened within the withdrawal period are eligible; records or CDs whose seal has been opened are not.
REFUNDS
For valid withdrawals, refunds are issued within 14 days as described above. For approved damage or defect claims, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item and let you know whether the refund is approved; if approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact shop@camoufly.me.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Consumers in the EU/EEA also benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years) under the Codice del Consumo, which applies separately from and in addition to this policy.
