SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

We ship from Italy using a centralized logistics process to ensure quality and consistency.

FULFILLMENT TIMING

We collect and prepare shipments daily.
Orders are sent to our central hub once per week during low season (Thursday) or twice per week during peak season.
Once items reach the hub, tracking numbers become active and orders are shipped internationally.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

EU Countries: 3–7 business days
Non-EU Countries: 15–20 business days
These estimates begin after tracking is active (once items leave our hub).

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

European Union (EU):
We charge VAT on our sales towards any EU country.

Non-EU Countries:
We do not collect or prepay any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for non-EU destinations. Customers are responsible for any such charges applied by their local customs authorities upon delivery.

This applies to countries such as:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Switzerland

  • And all other countries outside the EU.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Refusal to pay import charges may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and we are unable to refund shipping or customs-related costs in such cases.
